In The Garden - Crayon Art

I did my first attempt at crayon art. I got the idea after perusing Pinterest and thought I'd make a homemade craft to compliment my four year old niece's birthday present. This was the finished product. More details on how I created it can be found on my blog, come on by and take a look. I was able to make this in less than 2 hours total.

It's adorable! I want to make some with my 3rd graders for art one day. We'll glue the crayons on in class, then I'll do the melting part. I'm going to let a few of them glue the flowers on to finish it off. I love it!

You can get the canvas at the dollar store in case I didn't post that in my blog. They'll have a blast I'm sure. I know I did!
