Bad socket

We have a 6 bulb light in bathroom and one of the sockets is bad. Can the socket be received or will we need an entire new unit

Some times the socket can be replaced in the light fixtures. It depends the type and how it is made. If you could send a picture I might be able to help you out seeing as we live close. I might give you an idea as to where to get the parts or who to call for the repair.

problem solved Husband shut off power and tightened something in socket and now it works but I am looking for electrician in this area to change a ceiling light and fix one that doesn't work any suggestions ?
