What information do you have on portable greenhouses?

I've seen portable greenhouses in the likes of target, sears , home depot ets. I would love to save some of my plants and I'm wondering if they are worth the investment. I live in Brooklyn - will they be good enough for the cold winters and snow?

Depends on what you are trying to overwinter, how you plan to heat it and how big it is. Can you give a few more details on what you have in mind?

Yes, please let us know what you're trying to overwinter. If you have a south garden in Brooklyn your microclimate might be quite warm.

Check FarmTek....they have all sorts of little greenhouses...
