Just add a little paint . . . . it makes all the difference.

Before you head out and buy a new dresser, bed, table, etc . . . . first consider if it's just the look of the piece that no longer works for you. If it's still sturdy and has good bones, just paint it! There are so many fabulous techniques out there that are easily found on by searching the web. Or just simply paint. It will make all the difference.
