A contractor we hired failed to remove grout wash after installing tile in our bathroom.

Anyone know how to remove it without scratching the tiles? It seems like no amount of scrubbing will remove the stubborn grout.

get some of the grout haze remover...you may also want to get a stiff plastic putty knife to scrape away the residue. If this guy was an amateur chances are he was not using epoxy grout the cost would have scared him away from it. When I work with slate...I pre-seal the stone BEFORE grouting as this helps with grout clean up...which is always tough.
