Lemon. Microwave a halved lemon, then use the cut end to scrub clean.

I just fill a glass bowl with about 1-2 cups of water, put it in the microwave and bring the water to a boil. I usually program my microwave for 4 or 5 minutes to get a good rolling boil. Once the timer goes off. leave the bowl in the microwave and the door closed for 10 or 15 minutes. The steam from the boiling water will circulate and loosen all the food splatters, which makes wiping it clean a breeze. I've read where some people add white vinegar to the water but I really don't find that is necessary. In fact, I can't even figure out what purpose the white vinegar is suppose to serve because the steam from the plain water always does the trick for me.
