OUR NEW GARDEN AFTER 3 MONTHS...I'M STILL IN AWE!

I just can't believe all this started this June! Those lantanas are so huge, I just can't get a good angle to show you gals/guys. Different colors come and go and I'm loving it! Oh, I also learned that you can't plant anything a friend or neighbor offers you, lol!

Pamela, You have been a real joy to follow this summer! From an inexperiened transplant from the city, you have turned into an excited gardner. It is delightful to see the excitement you have gotten from watching your "babies" develope! And just think, next year you will have a new batch of "kids"! But then since you are in south GA, you can have beautiful winter plants too! (And why can't you plant what a friend/neighbor gives you?)

I meant to say not everything a neighbor or friend gives you. Well, not everything ties into your garden space well. Two, There was a lot of white maggot looking crawlers in the root balls of a few plants that were given to me and I didn't want them to infect or eat at my current plants. Three, somethings were invasive and ended up taking up too much area and strangling my other plants, lol!

It's great to see your garden doing so well, Pamela, and you blossoming into a gardener as well.

WOW!!! It sure is coming along very nicely. I totally could understand how you feel when you can see this beautiful outcome in your garden as I feel the same when I do good in my own. I also come from a big city, and as gardening is concern, I'm in your same shoes. Well I now have been doing it for about 12 years, and it sure has been a nice learning experience.

Just watch you go Pamela!! You have done an amazing job with your gardens and it has been fun watching your personal growth from an avid enthusiastic gardener to a knowledgible "I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING" full-fledged gardner - look at you spouting those technical terms!!

It's all beautiful-really like your canna lilies. You chose your plants well, they co-ordinate nicely. Soory it didn't work out with the neighbors' gifts. Seems like they were very interested in what you were doing.
