If your looking for a row of fast growing rose of sharon they look nice all summer flowering and grow12 foot or better .thats what I like to grow and got plenty of it for sale inexpensive and drought resistance -
Also consider Emerald Green arborvitae for screening, Japanese hollies are tough foundation plants

Ligustrum grows quickly and looks great when treed up. Arborvitae always looks great. How much space do you have?
