Bible Verse Advent Calendar

Christmas is almost upon us, and it's time for an advent calendar. Now that I have a family, I wanted a calendar to help my daughter learn the true meaning of Christmas. I created this advent calendar with Bible verse readings each day to remind us this holiday season of Christ's birth.
I started with a branch I already had, and painted it metallic silver.
I used old sheet music and made them into little "envelopes" by stapling the sides.
I cut out circles from green glitter paper, and added these white number stickers. I glued them on the sheet music envelopes.
I wrote Bible verses on little strips of glitter white paper, and put them into each envelope.
I added silver ribbon to the backs of each envelope, and tied them to the branch. Voila! A pretty and meaningful advent calendar! Visit my blog for more detailed instructions!
