I cleaned the heck out of my tub/shower but the floor of the tub still looks dirty. Can I get it to look white again?

Speaking as a home owner, I have had the same experience. What can happen, I have learned, is that the glaze and even the color of the tub can be scrubbed so much that the porous substance below is left and always looks dirty. There is such a thing as reglazing, but I dont have experience with it.

Just spray with a store bought cleaner that contains bleach. Let it sit then rinse. Sometimes i use Barkeeper's Friend before. We have rental properties and this usually works.

I use 1 part Blue Dawn dish soap with 2 parts white vinegar (warmed in microwave) in a spray bottle. Spray tub, let sit a few minutes then wipe and rinse.

If it's not porcelain that's worn away to the metal underneath, you can clean it by running a few inches of water in, add a cup of white vinegar and let it soak for a couple of hours. Then scrub with a brush and dish detergent. This is the only way I could get my textured acrylic tub clean. The vinegar dissolves the calcium deposits enough so that you can scrub them off.

What kind of tub is it and how old? On some surround type bathrooms without tile, the kind that are just set in bleach and some cleaning products yellow it. That why we need to know what is wrong, water build up, dirty grout, surround, ect because everyone has ideas of how to clean but we have no idea if it is right for your bathroom.
