Furniture choice for breakfast area

What color table and chairs should we put in the breakfast area? This is the almost finished pic.. hardware is next then new furniture. These are old chairs to the glass to. Can I do some thing to not spend extra money.

I would buy some sampler paint from Sherwin Williams ($6 for almost a quart) or Lowes and paint the chairs a color you love. It will really brighten your area. Go to the fabric store and look for sale material and redo the cushions on the chair., Just these few changes will make a huge difference.

How about glass tops and chrome legs for the table and white chairs - which would then go with whatever other colours you choose for soft furnishings and your walls?
