How to make a casino chip board

Does anyone have a template or idea (perhaps from used materials) how to make a board that holds casino chips, at least 90 of them. It can be more than one board. I would like to make one or have someone make one for my husband.

90 feet??? do you want them to lay as stacks on their edges?

Hi Sandy, sorry I should have been more clear of what I wanted. My husband collects casino chips and would like to display them (90 of them)on a board on the wall.

@Monika, if your husband has his chips in Air Tite holders, you could use sticky back Velcro on the backs and make the display cases with however many wood frames you need. Remove the glass and cardboard backing and replace the backing with stained luan wood paneling cut to size. Stain and poly it to match, or contrast, the frame then sick the loop side of the Velcro to it after putting it back in the frame. This way the chips are protected, but easily accessed if need be.

How about a piece of crown molding like this: http://www.udecor.com/CM-1014-crown-molding.html?gclid=CIXXj77Tm8ICFYhDaQodb5oAYQ turned upside down. They also make corner "endcaps" that you could add to the ends for a more finished look. If the groove is not deep enough to hold the chips securely, you could always route out a deeper groove. Paint it, decorate it, personal it, to his liking.

Wow that a good use for an old Pringles can. Each can could hold a specific number of chips.
