Make Any Curtain Into a Shower Curtain

Using 2 curtain panels purchased from Target, I created a custom (and tall) shower curtain. I wasn't able to find a shower curtain I liked plus I wanted to bring more height to the room, so using two window panels made the most sense. It opens and closes the same way a shower curtain would!

Great idea SAS. I've always just made my own because I too like taller shower curtains. Using premade WTs is a great idea though.

I've always thought curtains would work in the shower, too. Thanks for figuring it out for me. With a small window like yours it is often hard to co-ordinate store bought "sets" This solves that issue as well.

You can also just sheer the curtain onto a spring loaded adjustable rod. If you need a liner just sheer the liner on a rod and hang behind the curtain.

Unfortunately Joy with the rod I had, I could not fit the curtain through, which is how I came up with the idea I did. If it was a typical rod, it might have worked.

Hey Jenna..I love the idea, is there a shower liner behind it? I wonder if this is dark in the shower or do you have a light in there?

Yes Bernice H , there is a shower liner in the shower as well. There is not a light in the shower, and honestly it's not really that dark.

Jenna, SAS Interiors Hi again, just looking at your post again, and i realized I have the same exact curtain from target. I got it because I loved it and at the time I was going to go with a blue in the living room accents, and thought this would be great for covering pillows. Well I ended up with teal, but i still have this curtain! In a cabinet, but I still love it! Did you notice how many views you have on here? cool!
