Ukraine based architect Serghii Makhno have completed a weekend budget

house in Kiev region. The main thing in this project is that this house

was built with small budget in 100 000 dollars but as a result the

client received modern minimalistic home with garden and barbecue

arbour.

Lots of straight lines in this house. I guess that's what makes the cement spiral staircase stand out so well, along with the railing. Would be interesting to know how that staircase was installed. How many pieces was the staircase in for installation?

Interesting house. Not to my tastes, seems very dark and stale inside. Can't go wrong for a $100K though.
