Too Many Cranberries

I've looking for ideas of what to do with a whole bag of cranberries I have left over. I've got too much sauce, and cranberry bread is the obvious choice. Any other interesting ideas?

I make this every year, but in an 8x8 glass dish. It only uses 2 cups, most bags measure out to be about 3 1/2 cups, so you could double it. Not sure why they orginally did it in a pie plate when it makes a nice cake that needs no frosting. One of my very favorite things to make with cranberries is fresh relish. It's super simple if you have a food processor. Dump one bag of (raw) cranberries into food processor. Cut one large orange into sections and put into the food processor with cranberries. (Add the orange peel too!). Pulse until rough chopped. Add sugar to taste (usually 3/4 to 1 cup) and about 1 cup of walnuts or pecans. Pulse until chopped fine. Refrigerate. (If your food processor is small, you can chop 1/2 the cranberries, orange and nuts, dump into a separate bowl and then do the remaining cranberries, orange and nuts. Mix in sugar last.) So tasty with turkey or chicken...or just by itself! Last Christmas I filled large Ball canning jars with some holly sprigs and cranberries, then added water and floating candles. Got the idea from Pinterest. (Where else?!) I buy cranberries when they are on sale and just freeze them until I want cranberry sauce for poultry meals, etc.

Found a recipe for cranberry salsa,which sounded good and easy.I agree with Marion-freeze them! They can be hard to find later in the winter,and I am tired of cooking!

If I made the salsa, just mix the cranberries with, what, onion, garlic, peppers?

freeze them and then use them a cup or 1 1/2 cups in an apple crisp along with the apples. This is really really good!
