Easy DIY Treadmill Desk

Sitting for long hours each day isn't healthy. Even if you work out afterwards, if you need to work behind a desk, all of those hours of sitting around can add up and keep you from feeling your best. I'm a blogger, and spend hours and hours on end working on the computer. I write about cutting out processed foods, and eat a pretty balanced diet, but I just didn't feel 100% nor did I have the energy that I thought I should.
That's why I decided to make myself a treadmill desk. It's something I had considered for a long time, but I tried using my computer on a counter, and I got tired right away when blogging while standing. Plus, I was afraid that I wouldn't have the coordination to use a treadmill desk, but I find that I actually can concentrate more on writing when I'm using it, and I don't get as easily distracted by other things. It's just as quick and easy to make as it is to set up and take down if you want to use your treadmill for running.
I highly recommend trying this out. Treadmill desks are expensive, but if you already have a treadmill, you can make your own on the cheap.
I feel so much better now that I am working on my blog while walking! Seriously!

It's one of the best things I've done for myself in a long time!
