Sparkling Angel Wings Made From Coffee Filters

These "angel wings" are made from coffee filters and make a pretty special ornament for the Christmas tree. I think a tree filled with these would be outstanding.

I used 5 white coffee filters to make these.

Fold them over...

Pattern for wings... I couldn't post it here because they cropped it. Come over to blog and get the pattern if you like....

Lay the pattern on the folded coffee filters (it's a half pattern so it needs to be put on the fold - remember sewing class and cutting out patterns?).

When you open up the folded coffee filters this is what you have. Now you can add sparkles and glitter and a bow and you have it!! Come visit my blog for more Christmas fun!!

This is such an awesome way of using coffee filters. I am sure they really add to the Christmas tree. I can see adding a frame around these beautiful wings and hanging on a wall. Thanks for sharing.
