About Me:

I'm a decorative artist and master gardener. I've lived in Florida for more than 20 years. I use as few herbicides and pesticides as possible and believe that weeds can be a lawn if you mow it. I love sharing what I've learned about gardening in Florida.

Favorite area of home improvement:

Made of stone and broken and cut tiles.

chrysanthemum mirror using the cheapest plastic spoons I could find at my local grocery store. I glued them to inexpensive MDF wreath forms and then painted them with craft paint. Minimal cost with big impact. My kind of decorating! :-D

They aren't supposed to bloom yet are they? I even have some crocuses and daylillies trying to pop up. This darn weather. Is anything going to be left when Spring gets here?
