Container Plants That Last Till Frost

Over the years, I have finally got it when it comes to seasonal plantings. One seasonal planting is all I want to do for my home! I do not have the time to plant for Spring or Fall plantings, too busy. So here are some pictures of my containers that really take me till frost. Enjoy

Your planters are very full and lovely Tom! I see you're partial to pink and purple too. Those are my favorite colors for blooms as well, using a variety of foliage colors to accent them. Do you bring them inside during the cold weather, or start from scratch again?

How Beautiful Tom! Those are the kind of plantings I like too. This year I fear the drought controlled my days for I never got a break from watering.

If your containers still look that good this late in the season, keep doing what you're doing!

Very nice, so do you replant next spring or do some come back. I bring my container plants in the house before frost.

@ Robin R, the Algerian Ivy may Winter over if the snow insulates it. That is about all that I want to have Winter over. You should look for new plants late Spring. They are going to be a better producer in my NorthEast climate.

These are beautiful. I would love to do this next spring. I am in the NE too. Marlboro, NJ Do you have a list of plants you use? I only recognize a few. I have back problems so I would really like to try this next year. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!
