I unscrew mine and soak in Lime Away or similar product in a bowl. Then use a brush. Some put the solution in a bag and attach it to the shower head.

I unscrew my shower head and soak it in plain white vinegar for a while. That does the trick for me. :-)

That is real easy and you don't have to buy special liquids. I like saving $$$. :-)

I tape a quart zip lock bag of purchase white vinegar to the nozzle so the head can soak in the vinegar. Overnight if it's bad. Maybe an old toothbrush to remove any remaining and you are good to go. Use in my coffee pot, ice tea maker. Faucets drain pop-ups, etc. My go to are vinegar and rubbing alcohol (better than Goof Off)

This is so of easy and amazing how much better sprayer works. Just DONT forget to take the bag off before turning on shower 😀 Oh I use a big rubber band instead of tape.

Ziploc bag over the shower head. Fill with vinegar to cover the shower head. Fasten with tape or a rubber band. Let soak overnight.
