If you use the search bar at the top of the page, you will find many posts on this topic with lots of suggested methods and products. I have been known to sit on the floor all afternoon scrubbing grout with an old toothbrush and a bleach product (i.e.,, Clorox Cleanup). Certainly not my idea of a fun time but I find it to be more effective than anything else I've ever tried. For grout that will not come clean with any method, there are 2 products on the market that are like grout "paint." One is called Grout Renew and the other is Grout Refresh. Home Depot carries one brand and Lowe's carries the other. Both products come in different colors so, if you wish, you can even change the color of your grout with these products.

Mr Clean Bathroom magic Eraser works great. Once that is done, you can re-grout or silicone all the spots. They even have a kit now which contains all the tools required to do this project. Good luck. I'm trying to finish mine before Christmas. Cheers!!

THIS MAY SOUND WEIRD BUT I TRY CLORAX BATHROOM CLEANER ON MY WHITE GROUT ON THE KITCHEN FLOOR, AND IT ACTUALLY WORKED ON THE GROUT

I've steamed my grout, then blotted the "dirty water"...after you clean your grout (and it's dry, be sure to seal it. You won't need to worry about cleaning it again!

Make a paste of baking soda and peroxide then apply it to your grout with a toothbrush. Let it sit a little and then remove with a clean cloth.
