I would like to paint a self serve car wash. Need very durable paint

I need a very good paint that will stand up to wet conditions. Do you have a recommendation?

A very long time ago there was a product called DRYLOK which was a paint specifically for concrete and block basement walls. Not only did it cover and stay put but it also waterproofed the wall. I should have done a search on it under Drylok Paint before answering this question. You might want to see what comes up if searching that. It was an excellent product at the time.
