I think quick and easy is not an option if you want it to come out great. good old fashioned stripping, sanding, painting or staining is best...

Just redid parents ugly honey colored cabinets to this. We love it.. but hired a painter due to all the sanding this is only one part they have a ton of cabinets. . $$1800.00 not cheap.

Depends on how dark the green is.....I'd Antique them...spray brown on them, and wipe off excess and leave the brown in cracks & crevises, or white, or a cream color...
