Add color and whimsy with a stocking valance made from Christmas stockings.
What you need: Christmas stockings, conduit pipe 1/2 inch - cut to length of area, conduit clamps & hardware, garland, white lights, green twist ties, newspaper
Wrap your garland in white lights. Stuff stockings with newspaper. String the stockings onto the conduit pipe and attach pipe with the clamps to your wall. Using the twist ties, attach the garland & lights to the pipe to cover it. Space stockings as you like.
