Try white vinegar to clean the grout off. I would dab white vinegar carefully to avoid scratching, let soak....and I would use the shower head to rinse it off....Repeat as needed. I've know construction folk who use white vinegar at the end of the day when they shower to remove dried cement and grouts from their skin and hair...I think this might work for your tile.

@ If it has been dry for long I dont think you can find products to remove it. I would use a blade very carefully and it would do the job. Vinegar is good when it is as you say at the end of the day that it was applied. Good luck. Monique

I used A scouring stone on the grout that was dried on my kitchen floor when we bought our house where it was not wiped off, so it would probably work on shower tile also. Just make sure when you are using it to keep the stone very wet,,it did not scratch my tile at all. You can find it at Home Depot or Lowes.
