I would like to know how to white wash brick.

White-washing can be done with any water-based paint. You simply dilute the paint with water until it is very thin. The thinner you make the paint, the more sheer your "wash" will be. There is a fantastic product called Brick-A-New that gives fantastic results..Runs about $2.00 sf. It lets the brick texture and ambiance show through.Tough formula. Regular paint tends to scratch off too easily.See their link: http://www.brick-anew.com
