DIY your own, custom-length towel bar

A few plumbing parts and some spray paint gave us the best towel bar we've ever lived with. She's long, lean, and environmentally green. Full pics and instructions on our blog.

Very creative, and it looks good, too. Plus, I'm guessing it will last forever.

A bar like this would also work to hang a spare blanket or quilt is a small bedroom or for hanging just about anything in a craft room or laundry room. Super cool idea.

This is a great idea for a towel rack. We did this same thing with gas pipes for a L-shaped curtain rod to make a closet in a bonus room.
