Dressed Up Dollar Tree Bells

I have been trying to decorate for Christmas on the cheap.
I purchased two bells from the Dollar Tree and instead of just hanging them up, I decided to add some Christmas paper to them by using Mod Podge.
I started with two sheets of craft paper. I cut thin strips of paper that would go from the top of the bell to slightly over the bottom. I used Mod Podge to hold it in place. I cotinued layering the strips until the entire belll was covered.
I needed to decorate the tops of the bells.
I added some tinsel wire to the top. I looped a piece through the hook on top and used it to hang it with. I also glued a poinsettia and fake pine to the top.
I attached them to my wire baskets that I showed before.
All the sullies were bought at the Dollar Tree except for the paper and the wire tinsel. An easy and cheap Christmas decoration.
