I drove to north Georgia and started knocking on doors at places with barns. Most people told me they burned what they had or hauled it to the dump. The 6th home I visited had some. The assembly started by making a frame and then just filling in the inside. I welded the tracked by using 1/4" x 4" flat bar but u can buy a track off eBay.
