How can I get the red stain out of my plastic dish mat?

club soda 'might' bubble up the red stain without damaging your mat. (7up or Sprite would do same thing but the sugar in those will set and darken if you don't wash it well afterwards.)

Bleach or a paste of dshwashing detergent. Let it sit a while and rinse.

If you are talking about stains left by tomato based foods, like spagetti sauce, just set the mat out in the sun for an hour or two. Works on plastic storage containers, dish brushes, also. $0 cost, 0 effort!
