Decorating for Christmas

I was telling a friend of mine about Hometalk over lunch yesterday and she shared one of her ideas with me and asked me to put it one here for her.
She LOVES decorating for Christmas and hates to have under her tree looking empty before Christmas. As she is decorating she takes decorations, vases, figurines and anything that she would normally put away and "wraps" them a decorated box or a Christmas bag with tissue. This way everything is out of the way and it looks like she has most of her shopping done and wrapped. When she takes her holiday decorations down her everyday decorations are at her fingertips. She even puts a Christmas tree in her bedroom and wraps her window air conditioner so it looks like a big present under her tree!
