DIY German Glass Glitter Deer Head

This project is so much fun and easy!! You do get a little messy with the glitter but I'm okay looking like a princess for a day, how about you?
The key is to paint before you glitter. I used Chalk Paint® Decorative Paint by Annie Sloan, in Paris Grey. After the paint drys, I used Artisan Enhancements Transfer Gel. I use it like a decoupage and painted it on in sections and just scooped the glitter on! Once it's all dried I adhered it to a board and now you have a beautiful buck! Head over to the blog for more photos and directions.
Look what a little glitter can do!
Before it started out as a boring paper mache deer, after is this gorgeous glittered beauty!
Use a Chalk Paint® as a base before adding the German Glass Glitter.
Ta-Da!! This will sure make a sparkle in your holidays.
