Repair of cracked stone patio

What can be done to hide cracks in the mortar between the flagstone? The whole patio does not have this --but only in a few areas is it noticed. Is there anything that can be applied to hide the cracks? Thanks!

Wow I have the sme problem, sure hope you get an easy dis, or at least one that is reasonably priced.
