Oh deer, how do I fix this?

Just wondering if bondo is the proper thing for this much damage or if there's something that doesn't dry as fast so. This is largest job I've attempted, your help is much appreciated

That is concrete? I would look more into an epoxy like West System or something similar. There are numerous types of fillers available so you can use it as a coating or to recreate parts. The biggest item besides following the directions is prep - loose areas need to be cleaned up well so the epoxy sticks. In many cases I would prep the surface, do a coating layer & then do the fill out

I used a powder product that you mix with water. It is called Druham's Rock Hard Water Putty. You can use it for everything. It dries had as rock. It is can be painted or stained. It is an awesome product. I think they turned out well. When I began I really didn't think they would be able to be saved.
