Junk Shopping and Thrifty Finds

I have a favorite Junk Shop that I try to visit weekly or at least a couple of times a month. I was having junk withdrawal ( that doesn't sound good does it) because it had been about 3 weeks since my last junkin' trip. I picked up some great stuff!

Great chair. Or will be when you finish with it.

The old metal outdoor furniture is a hot item now, and if you buy it already refinished, it is quite expensive. I don't see these very often.

You're right Pat. I've never seen a rocker. I'm not going to redo it because I don't have the time for such a time intensive project. It would be worth it if I was going to keep the chair for myself but I'm am going to sell it at the shop as is.

Great junk! Those metal drawers would be great for a bookshelf, on a shelf under the kitchen island, set on shelves in a kit's room or attached to hold those many items in a bathroom makeup area! If you redo these, post photos!

Jeanette, you're right they are can be used for a number of things. I am going to leave them as they are because I'm in love with rusty metal!

Denise, I visit the local Restore also but it isn't very impressive. I loved the one in Huntsville, AL.

I have found a few things at the one in Huntsville, AL. Have not been lately. How far is Huntsville from where you live?
