how to build a closet

    either has a small closet or a room that has none. Very common in many of the old homes in that area. The closet can be constructed quite easy. However Its important to understand that you do not want to cut anything out when installing it. As sometime in the future you or someone else who may purchase your home may want to remove it and then are stuck trying to match samples of the trims etc.

    simply construct the walls like you would with any other wall. Screw down your floor plates, and fasten your top plates to the ceiling where you can find ceiling joists. Then construct the walls, door opening. Sheetrock and finish. Not that difficult. If you need advice or help, feel free to contact me.
