Don't be intimidated! A Corn Husk Wreath is easier to make than you think!

Corn Husks aren't just for tamales folks! Once soaked, they are pliable and perfect for creating a simply elegant fall wreath. I had never made a wreath before and found this to be so easy and the results well worth the effort. Stored in a plastic bag in our attic, it held it's shape beautifully to use again this year!

Oh, this is so pretty and nice to know it lasts. I love corn husks. I don't have access to a corn field. Where did you get yours? Don't they sell corn husks in grocery stores for tamales?

Yes! I just got mine at the grocery store. Only $3 for a bag and I still had lots left over! :-) ~Vanessa

Donna, yes they have them in the grocery stores near you! Friend of mine lives in Vidor and sees them all the time. Look in the produce section or possibly by the international foods section. I am in Baytown and they have them at all the stores here
