I just came across what might be the most 'NON' Designed To Sell home in America.

You MUST see this home. Just click on the link and look at the photos. I would love to hear your feedback.

OOPS, I thought it was $650 not $650K ... my original price is about right for the place but ...»
at the real price, well, it is gaudy and it is in TN and it is a project that would take $650K to remodel. On second thought, I pass!

Home Maintenance & Repairs: I am starting with an existing 10' x 15' slab that I would like build a shed on.

I want a basic storage bldg, no windows and a roof that I can construct myself. I have a 7' x 9' garage door to use on the front side of the structure and I have several 2x6 roof timbers ...»
that I can use for the basic framework. How much work am I letting myself in for and can I do this project all by myself ... including putting up a roof (design not yet determined). I'm not looking for pretty, just functional. One other thing, should I use Simpson fasteners and screws to construct the bldg or is a nailing gun the better way to go?
