If you look to the left, there is a 70 ft. stream that goes in front of the cottage which comes out of a large pond but "not really", it's only an illusion to look like it does. <grin>

Ha Susan S, I almost mentioned TaniaC being a left/right brainer too.

Terrie KaufmanI am very much enjoying seeing your home. It's so whimsical! I would love to see a front view of the exterior of your home. What I see in the last photo tells me it's quite charming.

Becky - Yep!! I think you and Tania are definitely L/R people!!

Terrie Kaufman - I'm not sure if we Rosies are awfully nosey or overly inquisitive but when we see something as awesome as your place, it's like giving a kid a small piece of the best candy in the whole wide world. We just keep coming back whinning for more, more, more!! We're insatiable!!

Soooooo . . . . I wonder just how far Bernice H in Yakima, WA is from Vancouver?? I think we need to send Ms. B. over, up, around or under - whichever direction it is - to check out Terrie's digs and give us a 1st hand report!!

Thank u Queen Susan S for clarifying that point to Terrie Kaufman about us (Rosies) being overly inquisitive when we see something we like. Terrie, we just like to "give credit where credit is due".

That would be us - insatiable, enthusiastic, inquisitive, easily addicted to things of beauty - but LOYAL to a fault and we fight to the death to defend "our own"!! NOBODY PICKS ON US!! ;~) RIGHT ROSIES?????

Hey Bernice, where does your daughter live? And when you do come to visit you are more then welcome to come see me and visit the spotted kitty. Someone asked why she cannot be in the car.........she is a wild cat and therefore under the laws of USDA.

ok ok,you guys, I usually do too, but I was probably blown away by how beautiful her cottage is and not where she is from. Terrie Kaufman I would love to come see this ...It may not be until spring, you know how Snoqualmie or The Gorge is in winter. we dont do thepasses veryoften inwinter, we may be able to leave here, but maybe not get back without trouble. Too unpredictable!

Ladies and whatever gentleman lurks here: I have not played on this for a while as you notice because we are putting this wonderful home up for sale on May 1st. Any takers? <grin> I have already designed the new house, now it's just a waiting game to see who has the vision to live in something different from the norm.

Oh Terrie, I bet it will be hard to leave this unique home. I'm sure there's someone out there that will love it as much as you do though. You can tell there are so many here that do. Good luck with the sale and build! And please do share your new home with us too. I'll be waiting to see what interesting ideas you've come up with.
