Purple, Gray and Yellow or a Very Light Orange. Sounds strange but it's pretty.

My friend used yellow gold accent pillows and printed curtains...I personally have a coral painted bedroom and have gray accents. Jenni and Suzanne are right. I guess you'll have to pick your favorite out of all of these colors and go for it. Since gray is a neutral color, most anything will go with it.

Since grey is a cool color ,You use Chrome Metallic ,Purples, Eggplant , Apple greens, Yellow ......Red & Black........ Or you could do Turquoises .. Depends what room this is ? Bedroom , Living room ? Plus is it a light gray, Or a dark, or on the Taupe side. ? Go to pinterest type in grey bedroom ? or what ever .. see some pictures of what you like.

My livingroom is grey, white window and baseboard trim, black doors. Couch is eggplant, occasional chairs are light grey/cream. Floors are original 1940's hardwood, area rug is grey shag..

I havs a green hue in the grey walls and have brown leather furniture cream curtains and cushions with a green stripe and a grey shaggie rug, I think any bright colour matches, so long as you keep it bold but simple,

Grey is a great neutral! It can look good with almost anything. I pair it with aqua, blue and green in my home, but my Mom has pale grey walls with lots of yellow in her decor. I am pretty confident that you could choose any of your favorite colour(s) and they would work well with grey!

I just painted my bedroom silverlining/grey. I plan on a slate blue accent. That way I can use different colours for the bedspread etc.

I see you have chosen your paint colors, but I wanted to tell you about my walls I had painted gray. It was a medium gray. I had a big 5' tall, 7' wide bay window on the south wall, along with a 5' tall window on the other end of the south wall, & another 5' tall window on the west. The room was long, the sunlight shining in from the bay window was fantastic. It made the walls look like a lavender color. It really looked great with my brown wooden furniture, a secretary, desk, & curio cabinet, as well as my dining table & chairs. I think you will be pleasantly surprised what all goes good with gray.

So glad you don't want white décor. As everyone has mentioned, gray is a neutral background so you have lots of options. I've found grays can really vary - some have taupe undertones, etc. That would be my only consideration.

I have three bedrooms painted different shades of gray- charcoal looks great with yellow, lime and/or a bright poppy orange-red color accents. Light gray goes well with my peacock blue/turquoise bedspread, pillows, and other accents.

@Anne Fox Like this. Have a bdrm with deeper than a dusty rose walls. Bedspread, drapes and big mirror are kind of pewter gray. Used blue-green turquoise for accents. The gray and turquoise really does go well.
