DIY Ninja Turtles Treat Bags

Do you have Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fans in your house? If so, you won’t want to miss out on this easy dollar store DIY Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Treat Bags project!
What You’ll Need:

Green favor bags (Sold 3 for $1.00 at Dollar Tree)

1 package of crafting foam ($1 per multi color pack at Dollar Tree)

Googly eyes (You guessed it, Dollar Tree!)

Craft glue

Scissors
Instructions:

Begin by creating the masks for your turtles. To do this, cut a strip out of each foam piece. For ours, we cut directly across the strip of foam, making a soft dip right in the center. This gives it the face mask look.

Repeat step 1 to cut out each color mask for each ninja turtle.

Attach the googly eyes to the face mask. Just add a generous amount of craft glue and press the eyes directly to the foam. Allow a few minutes to dry.

You can now attach the entire face mask to the front of your green bag. Again you want to be generous with your glue, covering the back side of the mask then pressing it to the bag. Hold it in place until you know it is secure. Give it plenty of time to dry.
Your Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle treat bags are now ready to be enjoyed. Fill them with treats and party favors that your guests are sure to love. Gummy pizzas would be a fantastic idea, as would the TMNT candies that most Dollar Trees are carrying for the Halloween season.

These TMNT treat bags are great for kids to make, and they are the perfect frugal treat for classroom parties, seasonal parties, birthdays, and more. Gather your supplies and give them a try. They are sure to be a themed craft that your Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fans are sure to love!
