Amazon is where I got mine. It's a barrel style that you can spin to mix. It's "critter" proof and not an eyesore. Just FYI it takes a long time to get a good amount. I put kitchen and garden scraps/trimmings in mine.

you can make a simple compost bin out of wood, fencing materials or whatever, if you don't want to buy one. Put your grass clippings, leaves, yard debris, peels, coffee grounds, egg shells and other biodegradable things in it with some dirt. Turn it over weekly, water it when real dry and it will turn into a nutrient rich garden material you can put in with plants, trees. bare grass spots etc. Enriches the soil better than any chemical fertilizer. We had lots of earth worms living in ours which is also beneficial, earth worm castings (poop) are great for the soil also.

Most gardening magazines sell them. Many Farm and Garden stores such as Fleet Farm and many Hardware stores. Amazon is a good place too, but they may have heavy shipping fees.

Put on a shelf in your oven and set it on self cleaning mode. Re-season when the cycle is done. Kill two birds with one stone.
