Wind has picked up in the last hour...rain has been pretty consistent all day...lots of it and very hard in typical hurricane cycles. Glad I built my house at the top of a Hundred year flood plane. Now if the 80 ft hardwoods will stay up we'll be fine.

Need to start carrying my camera - Holloween pumpkins lined a bench in a yard, carved all scary. They added a sign on a post: "Hey Sandy, this is for you - BOO"! It didn't scare her off, but it was cute to see.
