There is always that one customer. She had two shipments and both were "damaged" we gave her credit tried taking care of her but all she wants to do is lecture us on how poorly we take care of our customers and how she has a multi-million dollar business and how unimportant we are. Funny how she has the time to spend on us unimportant people. Our products are handmade, we ship to dealers all over the country and we have just a couple customers that get some kind of pleasure out of making things complicated. This is one.

I have yet to get any monies back, 885.00 Folks, they took my money in February and its July and still do not have all of my product and damaged product, have them show you credits in which I wouldn't be able to use anyway because of this situation.....why can't they just make it right!!!! It has now become the principal . Vendors selling their product, changing your card and you have to call and call and call only to receive damaged product and only half the order. This could have been so simple. Reshape indamaged product and the rest of the order. That simple. These are the only vendors that I've had that took my money and I have nothing!!!!'
