Give Your Windows Some Flair by Painting Them Dark!

We've been working on our kitchen and have slowly been adding layers. I've been debating painting the trim and door and just decided to go for it! You won't believe the difference it made!
Before/After - We went with cracked pepper by Behr. We had it color matched to Benjamin Moore Advance. I love the cracked pepper color. It's definitely a deep, rich gray almost black but not black. If I'm painting wood, I always use Benjamin Moore Advance because I feel like it does the absolute best job.
Here are the steps I followed:

1. Fill nail holes in trim.

2. Sand

3. Degloss wood

4. Prime

5. Paint (2 coats)
I didn't bother with taping the window panes off. After everything was dry, I used a razor blade and a damp rag and just scraped off the excess paint. It worked like a charm.
