Is it possible to paint vinyl siding on house

Yes you can. Clean and power wash the house first. Let dry well...at least a day. Remove and repair any damaged areas and caulk. Once the caulk has dried prime with a good exterior primer that will stick to vinyl. Behr has a good one in a pink can - no.436. Behr primer is also a slow cure primer which means that you have up to 30 days to paint over it. If you prime one weekend and are unable to paint for the next few days you shouldbe good barring any inclement weather or dust which could cause problems with adhesion. Paint with a good exterior paint (2 coats!) and your finish should last for years.

Behr paint used for exterior fades terribly. Not enough pigments. You can paint vinyl siding, but if you live in area of the conutry where the wealther is hot, it will not last. The sun cases the vinyl to expand and contract, and even menlt, so the paint cannt adhere.
