I absolutely love what you did with your trunk!! I have an old trunk passed down to me from my grandmother. It looks horrible and I want to paint it, as well. However, I was wondering what you thought. Do you think it would be a good idea to take off brass hardware first and paint them brass and then paint the trunk? Thanks
