Allison used craft feathers, small wooden dowels, craft paint (In your choice of colors)
You can follow the patterns on her feathers or create patterns of your own. While the paint is drying on your feathers, cut and glue felt hearts onto your small wooden dowels. When the paint on the feathers have dried use the yarn to wrap the feathers on the other end of the small wooden dowels.
