Make your own ruffled curtains from painter's drop cloths
I needed a little change in the kitchen. A little changed that included ruffles and drop cloths. I've been seeing loads of people on the web using drop cloths to make just about anything, so I thought I would give it a go. Check out my blog for directions. :)
