Winter Wreath (from a pool noodle and sweater)
"If the temperature is less than my age, I don't get out of bed." - Ellen

Happily we're having a pretty mild (so far) winter in the South. So I felt almost silly putting up a winter wreath when it was 63 degrees! (sorry, don't hate!)

But I had fun putting this one together with a pool noodle purchased in the summer form the dollar store with the ends taped together and a thrifted sweater hot glued around it. I cut off the sleeves from the body of the sweater, then cut up the sleeves from wrist to the top and wrapped it - hot gluing back along that long sleeve seam I just cut to the wreath. (I did wrap the pink pool noodle first with white fabric so the pink wouldn't show through the knit of the sweater).

I added a pretty white garland from Michaels (a score at 80% off of it after Christmas - sweet!) and recycled Martha Stewart mirrored snowflake ornaments from several seasons ago. A little bit of grey tulle added around and also used to hang it - and we're good to go!

Thanks for looking!
